Tickets ordered using the Stars on Ice flyer received at one of the 2019 shows will be mailed directly to you within two months of the 2020 performance date, if not sooner. If you have any questions regarding your ticket order, please contact the arena ticket office.

Since advance orders are sent directly to each box office, you will need to contact the box office in your city and ask them to look up your order to see if it was received.

Is there a Stars on Ice music CD available?

A Stars on Ice music CD is not available at this time.

How can I get a backstage pass?

Due to strict security policies, backstage passes are not available for any Stars on Ice figure skating shows.

What is the policy for bringing cameras to the show?

Stars on Ice policy is no flash photography, however digital cameras and video cameras WITHOUT FLASH are permitted. Non-flash cameras with lenses less than 70mm are permitted. Please check with your local arena regarding its photography/video policy.

How can I get a photo of a skater?

Cast and skater photos are available for sale through the Stars on Ice online store. Photos are also available for sale at all figure skating shows.
